 Hi, I'm Rob Hale, president and owner of Travel-N-Relax Inc. It’s my pleasure to have this opportunity to introduce myself. |
As a graduate of the University of Denver’s school of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management (HRTM) I have an extensive 16 year background in the travel industry. In addition to the BSBA that I hold in HRTM I have since continued with extensive ongoing travel studies.
These studies include various Lifestyle and Destination Specialist courses which provide in-depth training on various “niche” travel areas as well as on the destinations I service. I also hold a Certified Travel Associate designation which allows me to service you with greater efficiency, expanded geographical knowledge and fine-tuned customer service skills. I feel it is valuable to remain “current” in the industry and participate regularly in industry conferences and trade shows as well as destination visits that allow me to better service our clients.
My background also covers an extensive work history with several major tourism companies including Yellowstone National Park, The Walt Disney World Company and Hotels.com.
I am active in industry and community organizations including the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) - the world's largest association of travel professionals; the National Association of Career Travel Agents (NACTA) –the travel industry's leading national trade association representing independent travel professionals and is an affiliate of ASTA; the Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN) -a national organization that connects independent travel agents with additional educational programs and opportunities; the Aurora Chamber of Commerce
and the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce.
